I had exactly the same experience with the Nationwide in Landover Maryland.

I purchased a Chromatic queensize mattress and box springs on December 13, 2003. By Christmas 2003, yes 12 days later, it had a giant sinkhole in it that only got larger.

In order to return it; I was going to have to pay their drive $40 and return it only on a Monday or Tuesday evening and it better not have any spots on it. Do not buy from them; they must perpertrate the same scam at every location!
