Nationwide Insurance Company ripoff Nationwide is NOT on anyones side but, NATIONWIDE'S Rincon Georgia

In April 2005, I purchased my dream car. A Nissan 350z, black touring coupe. Had all the extras, Chrome wheels, chrome grill, car cover. It was SWEET!

On 1-1-2006, about 10 minutes after NEW YEARS, my dream car was ruined. I T-Boned a couple, who had over ran the end of there road. It was the couples fault, and they are insured by NATIONWIDE. My first estimate that was given was $12500.00, they said they knew they would find more as they went into it. On March 20, 2006 the bodyshop called and told me my car was ready. I asked for a copy of the report the estimate was at $18500.00. I did not take my car that day. It was raining and I could not check it like I wanted to.

The next morning I got a call from a Nationwide person said he was calling about my diminished value. He said that the car I had would be based on a scale they use to get this total. He told me I would be given $2200.00 for diminished value. I told him I did not think so. He said my cars value and $12500.00 damage would be equal to $2200.00. I then began to tell him I still did not have my car back, and the last estimate I saw was at $18500.00. I was still driving a rental car. He did apologize, and told me to see about getting my car fixed.
My problem has been with the adjuster.

I could not drive after the wreck, because of a fractured sternum. I told him I did not need a rental car. On 1-25-2006, I called and told him I wanted one. He told me he would put a check in the mail the next day. He said it would be for 17 days. I asked him what would we do if it takes longer than 17 days to fix my car. The adjuster said, we will cross that bridge when we get there. I agreed.

On 2-11-2006, I called my attorney and informed her that I had not received a rental check. I had called, he would not return my calls. She called him and he said he had forgot about me. I saw it as using up 17 days without having to pay rental. He was in contact with my bodyshop during this time, checking on my car.
Now he is claiming, he was not informed about these other charges. He is refusing to pay the bodyshop.
My car still is messed up. The motor or something is not right. It is turnig 3000 RPMS, at 10 mph. I want my car to deliverd to the dealer to have it checked out. I have been told I have to pay for that.

He did send me $425.00 for a rental

I have a $35000.00 car with $20000.00 frontend damage and more to come. This could have been made simple, Because I did what I needed to do. I bought GAP insurance. But because of this adjuster, my car now is worth maybe $13000.00, so NATIONWIDE screwed me and car.

This is 4-1-2006, still no car....This ain't no April fools Joke.
