They committed wire fraud, and violated the Commerce Act by crossing state lines and submitting false documents to justify the over charges even though I signed no documents. Everyone of you; it is time for a class action lawsuit against scam companies like this.   I called them because their web site sounds great. I gave them my credit card number and they faxed me the documents with agreement that they would charge my card when upon them receiving the documents signed by me.

Well they charged more than I agreed upon and worst I never send in nor signed anything after reading the complaints on the internet about them which resulted in me checking my credit card to find they had taken out more than was originally agreed upon. Therefore, I called them and send an email after that. They apologized and stated they would fund my account then sent me an email apologizing for the error and stated that they should not have charged me until right before move.

I called American Express to dispute the charges. Nationwide Moving Services had the audacity to sent false documents with changed prices to justify the amount they charged me and saying I agreed electronically, They tried to prove I sent the electronically signature by falsely sending American Express the email data from the email I sent them to cancel the move due to the incorrect amount.

Bottom Line: I never sent any signed documents to agree to any services and was told due to winter rates are cheap to lock in the rates now. Therefore I give them the credit card number to hold.   They crossed state lines with wire fraud and violated the Commerce Act, Both are felonies and subject to be investigated by the federal agencies involved that will require the FBI to investigate.   This companies deals nations wide and I can not imagine the millions they have stolen from suckers like me and those who have complained about them.   I stand by these words and can prove it.
