I was injured on 1-16-14.

I contacted Nationwide Insurance about 45 days later to open a claim (the other party refused to give me their insurance carrier info so it took me a while to find out who was the insurance carrier).

Nationwide Insurance already had a claim opened about 45 days prior to me calling to open a claim.

*Nationwide Insurance failed to contact me as I was listed on the claim as the party injured.*

Nationwide Insurance slogan is "Nationwide is on your side".

However Nationwide Insurance is NOT on your side if you are the person listed on the claim as injured.

Nationwide insurance will refuse to help you!

Thanks Nationwide Insurance....I will never you use your insuarnce company or any of your affiliate insurance companies.
