I responded to an ad for a free trial with no obligation only to pay shipping charges, which I did. This did not inlcude any information about calling or that I would be charged on a monthly basis for this product. They continue to charge as I had not checked my credit card statement due to being away from home for an extended period of time.

This appears to be their method of doing business and they need to be stopped. It is as bad as identity theft getting the charges removed from my credit card. They need to be put out of our misery.
