NCC COMMONWEALTH FINANCIAL SYSTEMS REPEATED CALLS ABOUT AN UNKNOWN PERSON FOLLOWED BY HANGING UP WHEN I ANSWER.WHEN I CALL THEM BACK TO SEE WHAT THEY WANT I GET A REP WHO PROMPTLY HANGS UP ON ME TWICE. MEDINA, Texas

For the last three months I have been receiving one,and sometimes two,calls a day from 830-355-2167. At first, when I would answer,an automated voice would say "if this is (some unknown person to me)we have an important message".Not being that person I would hang up .I didn't think much about it and figured that I had gotten someone's old number.

 I stopped answering for awhile until I began to get aggravated.I started answering the call and the phone would be immediately disconnected.Today I had had enough.I got on the computor and looked up the area code and it shoed Medina,Texas. I have never lived there or been there so I called to see who it was.I reached this NCC outfit and waited until a "representative got on the line.When I told him who I was and why I was calling I was immediately disconnected. I called back immediately with the same results.

Since I had,at least,obtained the "company name"I got online and looked it up and that's how I found this website. I honestly don't know why they would be calling me. I may actually have an old debt but if they are a legitimate collection agency they wouldn't be hanging up they would talk to me. Since they won't even talk to me and try to get this resolved it becomes,by Texas law,harrassment. Although a creditor by all means has a right to try to collect a debt they would talk to you about it. If they just call and hang up that becomes one of the elements of phone harrassment. If I owe a debt alright I'll talk to them. If not,or if they refuse to talk to me,I will join in a suit as well as contacting the police department to file criminal charges.
