All collection agencies should be shutdown because of how they violate the laws, nco has been sued from the federal trade commission many times, they still continue In there abusive & lying ways.

All collection agencies are scum they place things on your credit without even sending you a collection letter. They do It behind your back so when you go apply for a loan It will cause you to get denied.

Also any people who file complaints & collectors accuse them of being deadbeats & spreading It around need to file complaints with the attorney general office!.

Collection agencies are our enemy so are the creditors, they do not care If people have lost there job.

Nco should look @ how they treat people.

Nco loves to put fear into people for no reason. Today everyone Is In financial hardships.

Its really sad how they treat people but its agaisnt the fair dept credit reporting act for these bottom feeder scum, to use these scare tactics. Cause If people don't have the money they don't.

NCO is considered one of the worst of the Junk Debt buyers.

FYI the original creditor referred you back to NCO, because they KNOW you are not responsible for it as they cannot themselves validate the debt.

You need to send NCO a Statue Of Limitations letter - they cannot legally collect on it any longer - THAT WILL NOT STOP THEM FROM SUING YOU.

They use bogus information to file with the courts - you have to show up if they sue you to avoid default judgement.

And be prepared for them to re-sell it to another collection agency later on

Send them a cease-communication letter. They cannot collect on a 19 year old debt. What a bunch of morons! Whatever you do, don't pay them any money.
