Neighbors Moving & Storage Father & Son Moving Worst Moving Company Denver, Colorado

This is the worst business operation I have ever encountered. Not only were they 7 hours late for our move, but quoted us for $285 and then charged us $582. They claimed we owed them $125 for 2 boxes and one roll of moving tape. They also told us they would have the truck unpacked and our stuff in storage at 10:30 and would charge my credit card (total charges not known) then. However they charged the card at 1:30am so my bank froze the charge on a fraud alert. The company then claimed that because they did not receive payment on the day of the move, we had 10 days to pay them the full amount in cash or they would auction our items. When we went in to try and speak to a manager, we were verbally threatened and not allowed to speak with anyone.

This is a major scam!
