Neighbors Moving Broken funiture, rude and vengeful employees, incompetent manager named Rob. Pompano Beach Florida

I was assured by the manager, Rob, that the company was very familiar with the building I was moving into. There were alot of rules and time restrictions. I had to move certain hours and reserve the elevator. Rob told me not to worry about needing to be moved in by noon. They would arrive at 8am and have me all moved in by 12noon.
They showed up at 8am but after an hour and a half I became concerned about the amount of time the 3 movers were spending smoking and using their cell phones on my balcony. When I expressed my concern their attitude changed for the worst. I called the company who in turn called one of the movers. I was told by one of the movers they did not appreciate my call to the manager.
They also told me they were going to wrap my furniture on the truck. This did not happen.
By 11:15 I was so panicked and stressed I was sick. I called the buildings Manager who told me he would try to extend the time, but could not guarantee. The movers told me they would follow me since they did not have the new address. (They were suppose to be familiar with the building!)
While following me, I noticed they stopped fast for no apparent reason. (The reason was they were damaging my furniture, which was obvious when we reached my destination).
I called the manager while on the road who told me it was not his problem.
Sure it wasn't his problem. They had my money and my life on the truck.
Finally reaching my new buildiing, I was told I could not move in because it was after 12 noon. It was 2 days before Christmas and I had nowhere to go.
You know they were going to charge me for 2 days storage on top of this.
After pleading and crying the Building Manager contacted the President of the Association, who took pity on me and gave me an extra hour.
It was not fun, having to work with these guys and I had to help move the stuff.
When I signed off on my credit card, I had been charged more, cause yes they quote you 1 hour drive time and 3 hours move time. They took too long to move! I also saw on the paperwork that the address of my new location was listed right there. They knew where they were going. They wanted me to see them slamming on the brakes and damaging my furniture.
Of course go through all the work of filing a complaint and see where it gets you, AND they know it!
My move was from Hollywood, FL to Miami Beach, FL.
DON'T USE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Check it out on the better business beauru.
