I bought a car a 2000 cavaliar that was overpriced to begin with from Neil's in July 2006, had the car 10 days when the engine blew, called and spoke to the warranty manager Brandi, had the car towed to them and was informed by Brandi the following day that I would be responsible for half the cost per warranty now mind you I had a 30 day and I can't remember how many miles warranty, so I informed Ms Brandi that I was still covered under the warranty, she then proceeded to dispute the mileage I had put on the car, the mileage that was on the odometer read differently from the paper work, because they were letting an employee use the car I guess for his on personal use, anyway the tried to get me to pay half of the cost for replacing an engine on a car I only had for 10 days, I said no, she then tried to tell me I had a deductible I told her no I did not because I had read the warranty information when I got home the same day I bought the car, then I could hear her in the background talking to one of the owners or someone in charge tell her to tell me that I could be sued if I didn't fulfill my contract, and I said fine I will just countersue for selling me a piece of junk and not fulfilling the warranty, It wasn't my fault that the service people who had supposedly serviced the car that day failed to make sure oil was in the car, so she calls me back the same day and says they going to replace the engine at their cost, of course it was a used engine and I got a 90 day warranty for it courstey of Brandi, well you know the story, after about a month & 1/2 that engine went out with a blown head gasket, call Brandi had them tow the car back to the dealership they replaced the engine again at their expense told them to fix the power steering too because it had a bad leak, they call me to come pick up the car when I get there they say the car isn't ready yet they want to keep it another day to fix the power steering leak, okay, next day pick the car up power steering is still leaking, they are a bunch of idiots that work there. I refuse to take the car back for them to fix the leak, it inconviences me and the people I have to bummed rides from to get to work while they take a week to fix your car, needless to say there were other problems with the car after a year of constantly putting money into that car I returned it back to them. What really kills me about Neil's is the fact that if you look at his ad at the bottom, he thanks the" LORD for allowing his business to propser" what a crook.
