We wished to cancel our Neopost meter rental. Neopost claims our contract auto renews. We claim it does not. We requested a copy of the contract that states that our contract auto renews. Neopost was unable to produce it. We requested to return the meter. Neopost refuses to give us the address  to send the meter to return it.

They insist that we either sign a new contract or pay this years auto renewal contract they  claim we are bound by in the amount of $3,349.29 which in itself is a ridiculous price for a meter rental for 12 months as we own our own mail machine and service it ourselves . They are clearly a bunch of crooks. Buyer Beware!
