Net Detective is worthless

Net detective is a scam. I purchased it .. And then a free 10 day trial. THEN.. I TRIED to cancel the whole mess.. Well first they did cancel the net detective plus but when I tried to get a refund after only having the program for 2 days.. I had to contact customer service and then download and print a 4 page questionnaire and sent it thru snailmail .. Now I am awaiting a refund which may takes weeks.. IMHO these folks are scam artists!!!!!!!!


The information is out dated and most of it you can get without using Net Detective. Instead of the company updating the original program they start a new version of the same program and then charge you another $30 bucks.
