Net10 customer no service is among the worst I have seen even for cell companies. The number below yields poor connections NON english speaking reps. 1-877-TEN-CENT (1-877-836-2368)

yields better english. BUT the contradictory info presented  is
the big problem. EX Is it possible to transfer minutes from a new
phone to an existing activated phone ? If so what is the procedure ?
I called 5 times and got a DIFFERENT ANSWER every time... !

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF POSSIBLE. Their phones are crap, their
coverage is not bad, but they can not supply trained reps that
really help.

Net10/Tracfone I bought a $25 card, after using approximately 100 minutes, the remaining minutes disappeared. Ttacfone said it was showing the correct minutes on their end, but on my end, it showed 0 minutes. Florida
