Netmark.com Netmark.com is ineffective and takes your money but provides little service for SEO Idaho Falls Idaho

My main complaint (besides the lack of results) is a lack of communication about the work that was suppose to have been completed. I know we are not a large account but I expected to receive more communication and updates to the work being accomplished.  What I did receive in the two end of month meetings looked to be put together quickly and sloppy (I recommend spell checking). Our hits went down over the 3 months rather than up.  They provided no recommendations for improving our content, website structure, or incoming links (other than local directories that they had enterred).  Other than the initial launch and two meetings, I hadn't received a peep about what our $3500 bought us.  When I cancelled the service, no one from Netmark apoligized or explained what they had done over the past 3 months and then they had the nerve to write: "Please be advised that Netmark's contractual terms require a 30 day written notice for termination.  Your cancel date does not meet the 30 day written requirement.  At this time to terminate the contract, we will require the payment of the early termination fee of $350.  We will charge your account for the termination fee and close your account with no further billing or charges to your card.  I don't recommend Netmark.com for SEO or any other services.
