I placed an order for a replacement battery two weeks ago. I keep getting told that the batteries are on back order. It seem that a company that makes battery powered lawnmowers should have an ample supply of batteries! I called two local Neuton dealers and they don't have the batteries either. They said they have to special order them from Neuton. Also, I checked them out on a Davesgarden.com and they seem to have as many negative reviews as positive ones. A lot on complaints about customer service and supply chain issues.

Do not buy from this company.
