New Age Marketing Group LLC They sold advertising over the phone, I paid and received no product/service Delray Beach Florida

In January of 2016, New Age Media called me with an advertising offer to place an exclusive ad in a publication that is distributed to local country clubs 4 times a year. I agreed to and paid for the opportunity. over the next couple of months I worked with their graphics guy, Chaim, to finalize the ad.  My expectation was that printing and distribution of their booklet with my ad would happen at the beginning of the second quarter.

It is now the end of July 2016 and I have not seen copies of the booklet and repeated emails and phone calls go unanswered. Based on other reports and BBB complaints that I have read it is obvious that this company is in the business of taking your money, leading you on for months and hoping that you will give up and go away.

I filed a BBB complaint and they have not responded to the complaint. Others have filed BBB complaints and were apparently reimbursed, but it's not looking like that will happen in my case.
