New Egg Order canceled but shipped anyway. Their shopping cart was broken! Whittier California

I selected two items to purchase and added them to my shopping cart. I changed my mind before making the purchase and canceled. The site gave me a confirmation page saying that the order was canceled.

New Egg shipped the canceled order and deducted the money from my checking account.

Yes, they will refund but here's the catch.

My bank account overdrew and a string of charges have occured.

This is what New Egg says to do: I have to wait 5 days for the order to arrive, then I am to refuse the shipment. Then it will be shipped back.
(another 5 days) after they recieve it they will credit my account within 3 to 5 days. If I had used Pay Pal there would be another 5 day wait.

I am disabled and have no job at the present time. New Egg has taken food off my table. I will have to borrow money from friends to get food until my next check.

I am so poor I would not be buying anything unless it was absolutely needed.

The items were needed to help me get a job or I would not have ordered anything.

1 day after I complained to them about this nightmare I get the invoice by email. They apologozed for the error in their system that delayed the invoice.

If the invoice had been sent on time, I would have been able to call them and get it canceled before it was shipped. I got the invoice two days after.

New Egg is not trustworthy, their shopping cart system is broken and I now have damages.
