New York Pizza Stole Money, Didn't deliver Food, Very Rude Detroit Michigan

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE BEWARE!!! You pay and dont get your food. I was in detroit for 1 day and decided to order from here which it looked good on the menu. I called and gave them my credit card details over the phone. they said it didn't take the card. I knew that I had the money in my account. they asked for them again and said the same thing. at this time they said their machine was down. I then was asked if I could pay cash for it. I told them that I didn't have cash and that is why i was giving the credit card. I said forget the order because it was frustrating.

well after my friend and I decided, we really wanted this food. so I went to the atm while my friend called to see if we could get some kind of compensation for the trouble since it was 30 minutes later. they said NO. when I called back and told them that I did want the order I asked them how long. they said 45 minutes to an hour and a half. this was after the 30 minutes we waited for them to call back to try my credit card again. I said this was unacceptable and I should be moved to the top of the list due to the fact that I had to wait for their call back. I then again said forget the entire order, I will order from somewhere else.

5 minutes go by and they call my hotel room. they state that my card has been magically charged the $24.73. I then said fine when is my food coming they said it's too late to deliver now. I then said wheres my money then they told me to take it up with the bank. I was getting very pissed off now. they weren't going to refund the money or deliver my food. I told them this is theft. the next time I called I kept getting hung up on.

I called from 3 different phones to find out why I wasn't getting my money back or my food. the so called manager kept hanging up on me and wouldn't let me get a word in. so at this time I called the police. I know it is only $24 but come on thats my money. the police came out about 1 am after the place was closed. they said I was totatlly in the right and that is theft. they could only write a report on it though due to the fact that it was closed. I was told to call in the morning to let them know a police report has been filed.

I called back to ask if I was getting my money back and the same lady answered the phone and said call my bank. I let her know there was a police report filed and she hung up on me. same game again that she kept hanging up on me every time I would call. IF YOU WANT NOTHING BUT PAY FOR IT ORDER FROM HERE. BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS CRAPPY PLACE. I now have to dispute the charge from my bank because this place is doing nothing to help me out.
