New York State Child Support I am 58 year old woman barely surviving after a aneurysm. I have one child and she is 39 and I raised her. State child support put a lean on my account and took what little money I had. I have a bank statement from my bank to prove this.
I called them they said they didn’t take my money. I went back to my bank and was told I would have to get a sopeona in order to see the documents. I went to the police they took a report and that was it. I need someone to help me . Binghamton New York

 I do not or never have owed child support in my life. I have never lived in New York. Hard to swallow?? I agree. I have had a aneurysm my spelling not so great.
I have one child 39 years of age I raised her paid for her. I have gone to New York State AG to ask for help today. I am waiting for Someone to help me.

Were you paying child support at any point in time??? Did you default on this support? How can you have a "lean" (lien) on your account at this time? If you raised this child like you state then what is the reason that your bank account is being subjected to this?
How can someone help you when your story is lacking in details? And there is no such thing as a sopeona.
