I really needed some money so I went online to look for a loan.

Dec. 11, 2006 a message was left by Jane Fields ext 635. She wanted to verify the information on my application. I called her back on Dec 12 and verified the information. She told me would call me back in an hour.

Which she did stating she had 1 lender who approved me for the $6000 I wanted to borrow. She told me the details of the loan and also faxed it to me:

$6,000 with 7% interest and my payments would be $185/month for 36 months. The only thing was the lender wanted 5 months worth of payments $925.

On Dec. 14, 2006 I called her and told her I couldnt come up with the full $925 I could only do $740. She told me she would contact the lender to see if that was ok. She told me to call her back when I was ready to send it and she would tell me the things she needed.

I faxed her my DL, SS card, and a voided check, and sent the $740 to a Carol Jones in Georgetown, Ontario Canada. Then I called Jane Fields back and gave her the reference number.

She then told me the funds would be in my account within 24 hours and I would receive a call from the customer service department the next day around the same time. Which never happened.

I called them and spoke with a Brenden Foster (ext721). HE ALSO ANSWERED THE PHONE EVERYDAY and he was also the manager.

He told me to call back in 5 mins because he need to pull up my account. Which it took almost an hour to get back in contact with him.

He then told me there was a discrepancy with my account and the lender had reevaluated it and wanted another $740. I told him there was no way I could come up with another $740. If I had $1400 I wouldnt be borrowing the money from you.

He told me there was nothing he could do, but the money would be on hold for 30 days or I could get my money back.

I asked to speak with Jane Fields and he told me she was no longer over my acount he was. I asked him how and why was he now over my account and he never did say.

I also asked to speak with someone higher up and he just said Im the manager. I finally got digusted with him and told him to just send me my money back.

I then called Jane Fields and I told her what Brenden Foster had said and she told me she would speak with customer service to find out what is going on and to call her back in an hour.

I waited the hour and called and it took about 2-3 hours before I actually talked to her. She then said she didnt know what was going on and there was someone above Brenden Foster but he was gone for the weekend and I had to wait until Monday to call.

Today is Monday (Dec 18, 2006) and I have called all day and never got to talk to Jane Fields. I then called customer service and who do you think answered the phone (Brenden Foster).

I asked him if Jane Fields was in today and he told me yes, so I continued to call and still nothing.

I called him back and told him I had called several times and left several messages for Jane Fields and she has yet to return my calls.

I also asked to speak to someone above her and he said he was above her, so I said well can I speak to someone who is above you. He caught an attitude and all he said is how can I help you?

I told him I ASKED TO SPEAK TO JANE FIELDS and hung up.

I then called the attorney generals office and she advised me to call my bank and but a fraud alert on my account. She also told me to call FTC and report their web address. I am also faxing her copy of the loan agreement.

FTC told me it is illegal for lenders to ask for money up front. And there is not much they can do until they see a pattern then they will investigate. They cant act on 1 person.

I am closing my checking account and going to another bank. I have to stop all of the money coming in and out of my account. So not only did I lose $740 and I have to pay my bank for checks that have bounced and been returned.

I may even lose my car because the money I sent was part of my car payment. This $6000 was gonna help me pay off alot of bills which would help me get back on my feet financially. But now things are just as bad if not worse.

SO PLEASE PLEASE REPORT THIS COMPANY
