My boyfriend ordered Transforming Debt Into Wealth from this company. A few hours later he called back to cancel the order and was given a different phone number to call to cancel. After speaking with a customer service agent he was told that it would be taken care of that the order would in fact be cancelled.

Less than a week later a box is delivered to my house. I open the box and there is the TDIW program that was suppose to have been cancelled.
I have spoken with people several times at this company. I was told I would only have to make 4 out of 5 payments because of the cancellation not going through, so I accepted the fact I was stuck with the program.

Then a week ago I see my bank statement saying once again $69.99 had been deducted out of my bank account.
I spoke with a "manager" of this company today and he told me that you have to wait 24 hours to cancel the order because it has to have time to post. We were never informed of this 24 hour waiting period and because of this we are now out $350.00 alone in charges from this company and another $200-300 in overdraft charges from when they took money out unexpectedly.

The guy I spoke with kept bringing up this 24 hour waiting period as being the cause of why the order wasn't cancelled. If we had known about it in the first place then we would have waited 24 hours to cancel, but then I have to wonder if it would have even made a difference considering 2 days after you order UPS is at your door having you sign papers. 24 hours after I called the box was probably already on its way.

The guy even admitted to me that in the initial conversation when the order was made there is nothing said about having to wait 24 hours to cancel...his explanation: "That is because we assume you are going to keep the product, not call and cancel a few hours later."

Anyone reading any of these complaints on this company please make a complaint on this site or another, something needs to be done about this company. We have all been wronged by these people and deserve justice.
