We have yet to see this rescheduled date for the body shots that was canceled let alone the so called “JPEGS” that were supposedly given to my client.  We only received a disc in RAW files despite the fact that KAT mentioned many times she has no was to read “RAW” files.  As you can see from the correspondences in the initial complaint there is no proof of the JPEGS ever being sent out or emailed. 

A good photographer can shoot anyone in anything.  I was told by two sources that the so called “Photographer” hardly looked to even see what Kat brought with her to the ghetto rigged studio.  She went with six outfits to choose from for hat day.  She was sent to multiple shoot with other photographers with those same articles of clothing who produced beautiful photos of her.  He cannot state that she didn’t say anything because that was what was mentioned in the email and in the phone call prior to the shoot.  This is also why he was to schedule a reshoot as per the information shown in the original posting.   See above for this information.  Still to this date nothing has been resolved we have images of him and his Dog and NO JPEGS from the shoot.  Should he actually respond to an email we would have brought him to court for the shoot fees as he did NOT provide the services requested, the transportation expenses, lost wages, along with the agent fees as I had to become involved as a financial advisor and seek legal advice on behalf of her and for the aggravation caused by this entire ordeal.

Did you notice that every complaint filed against this so called “Photographer” is all followed up by a friend of the “photographer in question.”  Most likely posted by himself or a family member.  My advice for anyone in the industry looking to have their photos done.  You have better luck going to Sears or JC Penny’s than to anyone of these so called “Photographers” with no business licenses. 

This man is hardly professional one would agree after reading through the Consumer Affairs reports, Better Business Bureau report and the Rip off reports…

I have known the photographer in question for many years, and have known his reputation, work ethic and demeanor to be impeccable among numerous colleagues including photographers, make up artists, and models. I can also testify that photo work by NEM to be nothing less than professional, as you can witness by doing an internet search.

I am writing to defend the character and the reputation of this photographer. I have worked with him for several years and have had others work with him. In all this time he has shown the utmost respect for the models and clients he has worked with. He has never acted in a deceitful manner towards his clients. In fact, he has been extremely generous with some of his clients and has even done work at cost or below cost. 

He is very considerate of the clients and to call him a liar, pervert or anything that defames him is reprehensible. It is very easy to post comments to destroy another person's character on the net but is it ethical? I wonder about the characters of the individual themselves. By the way, the photographer never sells the work of his clients and that is the honest truth. In fact, he gives the models the images without releases so they can use as they see fit. As long as it is not for profit and just promotion. He takes the models at their word. Now if he was so dishonest, why would he trust others to be honest?
