I purchased a tablet on the nomorerack web site and it was faulty so I contacted them and they said to return it to there warehouse for refund. I did this and waited for some(any) info. After a couple weeks I contacted the warehouse, they gave me a RMA # and told me to contact nomorerack about the refund. When I did this they claimed they had no info about the purchase even though the item had been returned to there warehouse and had the RMA#. Upon further investigation I realized that somehow the item was purchased thru a seller on Ebay. Nomore claims they don't work with Ebay, so how did my purchase end up on Ebay if I bought it on nomorerack? After several weeks no one at nomore can seem to figure it out, nor do they want to. Absolutely the worst customer service ever.

Just a comment on the "Rebuttal" or should I say "Bogus Bold Face Lying Rebuttal" made each time another person gets caught up in the snarls of deceit & deception we encounter by this  type of "service?"or "Lack of Customer Service" provided by 


 Please note the fact they just copy & paste the exact same response to each & every complaint recieved! Not a single issue is truly addressed by the problem a customer is talking about, no no...just copy & paste their bogus bull & think the public is ignorant enough to believe they care & are going to address that poor individuals out right theft by what we now know to be: "Outrageously Bogus Bunch of Liars".


Indeed, they didn't even look into one single issue, just give you the "run-a-round" if you called them, if you use a Great Service like "RIPOFF REPORT", as I said, they just copy & pasted a "SO Sincere Customer Service" response....UNLESS YOU WERE RICH OR REALLY SMART ENOUGH TO HAVE SOMEONE OF AUTHORITY ON YOUR SIDE, AND MOST USING THIS SITE ARE OF VERY LITTLE MEANS & HAVE NO MONEY FOR SUCH HELP!


**UNTIL NOW** Our group of Retired Professional Business Men & Women from backgrounds ranging in Law Enforcements,  Business  Logisticians, Federal, State & County Government Authorities, Some of our Country's Top Attorneys all pulled together to donate their time to combat this kind of abuse to the public, especially the poor & those left behind by technology. This band of Do Gooders will combat these type of criminals right out of our Commerce for GOOD ! Unfortunately, some will have paid the price & already lost their money to these thieves, but let it be known they will not get away much longer with this criminal activity & this is A CRIME ! THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY !  Sorry I can not yet reveal our name, but rest assured, we are watching & will prosecute any & all that steal from innocent people ! 



No more excuses from their lawyers, no more bull, if they advertise a product & do not deliver, you have some one out here watching & we will stop them & close down the abusers & put them in Jail! WatchdogsRwatchingUpukes!
