Purchased a Garmin Nuvi GPS navigation system For $135.  Nomorerack sent an empty box.  I immediately called and emailed the company.  I communicate with them every day and get nowhere.  They asked me to file a police report saying the merchandise was stolen out of the box, but the box was sealed with the original tape and the stated shipped weight is exactly what the empty box weighs.  This company might be running an insurance scam.  Even though I filed the report, they have not refunded my money.  Are you kidding!  A $135 for an empty box and over a week of making me jump through hoops.  They probably are double dipping - insurance and consumers.
