Northern Leasing This company is a nightmare, they are rude and their contract says in SMALL LETTERS non cancellable. New York New York

I leased with this company back in 2003. The person that 'leased me' the card machine did not tell me it was NON CANCELLABLE. 2 1/2 yrs later, I closed my business due to a disability. I tried to return the machine to NORTHERN LEASING and they refused to accept it back, they also told me that I was responsible for the remainder of my lease..they continued to take the money out of my bank. I finally closed the account and now 2 years later are calling me every day, they took me to court in New York and of course, I didnt go, I live in FL. They got a judgement against me and are still calling me, even though I have told every single person that has called me TO STOP .

Today I got a call from their 'legal dept' I was told that they had a judgement against me and that if i didnt settle this with them they would procede to put a lien on my home, garnish my wages ( i dont have any, I am now on SS disabilty) they would garnish my bank accts etc..This lady was extremely rude and threathening. I told her NOT TO CALL ME again and I hung up. She then proceded to call me back 2 more times and when I answered the phone she hung up on me !!!!

These people are sharks !!! STAY AWAY!!!! It isnt worth the aggravation, harrassment and their machines and leases are extremely expensive anyways!!!!

AVOID NORTHERN LEASING AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
