NTB national tire and battery assult, thieft, employee abuse kansas city , Missouri

This company likes to hire regional manager that assult their employees, then fire them for reasons that make no since, i worked for this company first as a saleman and then as a service manager. the regional manager Neal Reno would swear at the managers and threaten there jobs on a daily bases. then grab there arms and push them around assulting them. Neal Reno even was going to fire a saleman because the saleman andrew he told one of the big bosses that put his hand on the back of his neck not too. Neal got mad when he  heard andrew said this to one of the head managers and said to the boss that he was going to fire andrew, i was sitting right in front of them when this happened, the boss said that it wasnt necessary i shouldn't of touched him..

I was talked down too told to sell junk parts that didnt even last their warrenty time and had my chair taken away and put in the trash. tools that the company bought were trashed as well, all because of this power trip mr. neal reno was on. he allowed a employee to steal from the company for years, doing cash tickets and pocket the money. ( justin is the person i'm reffering to). i reported him to HR and nothing happened. ntb/tbc corp is a company that doesnt back there own employees up when a problem like this happens. I am in the process of talking to a lawyer to find out what my rights are. i would ask anyone else that has been miss treated like this with this company to step forward. I got to my limit when having some a*s hole put his hands on me and push me around like he owns the place. i got fired after i asked for a transfer because Neal reno thought i could get him in trouble and i reported him and nothing happend.

This company has people representing them that steal, cheat, assult others without reporting anything, people that have drug problems still working for them, employees that abuse customer cars. and i was sick of it. so contact me if you have anything else to add please
