On August 08, 2012, I purchased a NZXT Sentry LXE High Performance Touch Screen Fan Controller.  I did not get to open & install the device until Sept 5, 2012, and upon installation of the device it showed signs of damage on the package, but no damage on the shipping box, leading me to believe that NZXT had sent me a poorly damaged product.  After installing the product, it worked for at least 3-4 weeks, before it stopped working, leading me to contact NZXT via phone and their online RMA tech support on November 20.  

After contacting NZXT's support center online on Nov 7, 2012, I was finally replied to on Nov. 20, 2012 and authorized an RMA (return merchandise authorization) approval and was instructed to ship my item back to them and then a replacement item was to be shipped back to me within 2-3 days, however my item was never replaced and all e-mails/facebook messages/phone calls to them have since been ignored and never replied to; not even a reply indicating they are busy, or have been looking into the replacement; the ball has been completely dropped and I've lost out on an item I paid $72.35 for.
