OCWEN Loan Servicing Fraudulent book keeping Harrassing phone calls, Letters of Default Orlando Florida

Ocwen seems to be a problem for many, and like those many I too am in the unwanted care of this mortgage banker. I had a pretty good track record of paying my mortgage until 3 months ago. Ocwen lost the first of many payments on my house.

To date they cannot account for $1,683.93 and still rising with all those fees they charge. Needless to say they failed to inform us up to this past saturday about this. I recieved a nice letter of default in a certified envelope.

Since I signed for that letter the calls have been comming non stop, including a call at 10:30pm not asking but demanding payment. Like one other individual on here I too have recieved a call from a residential number with an Indian voice on the other end.

To get to the point this company has obliterated my credit score to the point of no return. I cannot even get refinanced with anyone else. I am deploying soon over to Iraq but upon my return I will be sueing them for defermation of chacter. If you are serious about wanting to get in on this and only serious inquiries only I urge you to jump aboard and help this soldier kick the hell out of this corrupt system.
