Olive Garden harassment CHATSWORTH , California

Through that I inform you of occurred on Saturday February 6, 2010 evening within the premises of the Olive Garden Restaurant 1079 and why I left my job as back up the same for fear of being physically assaulted as I went and retaliation against me. 

     At about midnight the day before and without any reason mentioned Mr. Juan Garcia pull me mostly the top of the ear saying because they turn the light on the back where are the bathrooms (this action was observed by the sr Hector AC restaurant), replied that it of men was busy, so we went to turn off the light and did not think it was occupied, after having been out of the bathroom and having ascertained that repeated aggression etab busy pulling back of my ear so I ask that because that's what makes the no answer at this time out the sr. Anselmo place dishwasher who sees us discuss and question me going and I say that nothing. 

   The next day February 7, 2010, pm me a bruised left hand arguing that the coup gave it to me for not bringing gloves, it was observed by the Mr. David co-worker.

          Por   este conducto hago de su conocimiento lo ocurrido el sbado 6 de febrero  del 2010 por la noche dentro de las instalaciones del Olive Garden Restaurant 1079 y motivo por el cual renuncio a mi empleo Como back up del mismo por temor a  ser agredido fsicamente como lo fui y de represalias en mi contra.

 

 

     Aproximadamente a la media noche del dia antes referido y sin alguna razn el  Sr Juan Garcia me jalo fuertemente  la parte superior de la oreja  diciendo que porque  no apague la luz de  la parte trasera donde se encuentran los baos (eta accin fue observada por el sr Hector  C.A del restaurant), contestndole que se encontraba ocupado el de hombres, por lo cual nos dirigimos a apagar la luz ya que no crea que  estuviera  ocupado, despus estando por fuera del bao y habindose cerciorado que etaba ocupado  repite la agresin tirando nuevamente de mi oreja por lo cual le pregunto  que porque hace eso a lo que el no contesta, en ese momento sale el sr. Anselmo  dishwasher del lugar quien nos ve discutiendo y me pregunta que que pasa y yo le digo que nada.

   Al dia siguiente Febrero 7 2010, por la tarde  me da un golpe en la mano izquierda argumentando que el golpe me lo dio por no traer guantes, esto fue observado por el sr David compaero de trabajo.

Sin mas por el momento  le  doy las gracias y quedo de ud. Para cualquier aclaracion al respecto.
