 family friends went into this place and were offered a free wine with the meal,and thru the night of dinner the glasses were refilled.when the bill came they were charged for $36 for a bottle of wine....does that sound like a ripoff...

 The wine was free for ONE glass not a whole bottle - when you received the bill did you not ask??? Sounds stupid to me
