Omni Dual Saw Took Money and refused to ship product Internet

A government entity called and wanted us to get them the Onmi Dual Saw. In order for them to send us the saw, they demanded payment first. We sent them the check and the ystate they cannot find the order. They are very shady and you can never get the same rep. on the phone to hold accountable. We have sent them copies of the deposited check and the UPS Tracking number via fax to "Upper Management" but the custoemr service reps refuse to let us contact them. We are at a dead end. They refuse to send us our product.
