I recently purchased a(n) OMNI DUAL SAW for $9.99 risk free trial ......BULLSH*T....

Did it cost $9.99 yes ...was it risk free NO NO NO...

First and formost they tell you to take the tool for 14 day trial and try it out ...What they dont tell you is that it takes a minimum of a week to get to you and the 14 day trial starts when shipped out not received...leaves you with 7 days to play....now the tool in it self sucks does not cut wood as said doesnt do much that they say....so now you played for 7 days and attemp to return ...You have to call for a(n) rma number...(return auth. number) takes forever because customer service dosent speak english and try's to extend the deal for 30 days more....after much denying ..I was issued the number on the 14th day...now you have to ship the unit before the end of the 15th day thru ups ..which charges you $20.00 (which is unrefundable) and you are issued a tracking number ..once again calling customer service to give them tracking number ....at this point you would think the charges end and your initial $9.99 is in progress to get refunded ...NOT!!!...OMNI DUAL SAW charges you at least once for the $79.99 ...They receive the unit and refund only $59.99...(NOTE YOU HAVE ALREADY SPENT $50.00 AND YOU DONT HAVE THE TOOL IN YOUR POSSESION) You call and complain they tell you they charged you shipping and handeling...after much complaining they tell you they are going to have management call you back 5-7 buissness days ....the 7th day past yesterday 01/27/10 and still nothing ..so i called again got a hold of a supervisor...he said "his resourses are limited in the customer service area and managment would call me back in 24-36 hours"....  lets see ...will update if anything changes
