I am writing this in hopes that more women write what they feel about the new management of this company. The GM Gerard is a sexist pig. I am completely uncomfortable working for this company and plan to file a sexual harassment lawsuit against the firm. I have already spoken to an attorney about it. Whats said is they know he has done this to other women and they still placed in him in a position that he can abuse his power. Thank you Omni for not caring about the safety of the women in Omni Financial because if you did you would have fired him after that last woman complained.
So not only is Omni Financial thieves and crooks they encourage sexual harassment.

I too dealt with the same unwanted attention from your new GM. So much that I decided to resign, because I was informed by other managers it would be my word against his and in the long run he would win because he produces more revenue for the company and I was just a "para." Continue to do what your doing and I'm positive more women will come forward.
