Om/one I too purchased two om/ones directly from the company. A year later both arrived and do not work. I have spoken to David at om/one who had me contact someone else who promised to send replacement cables and charging stations in August. It is now October and nothing has arrived nor will they answer my many emails! Total rip off Internet
