I got 2 speakers from OM/ONE and both of them are broken. None of them hold a charge or work when I want them too. I've tried contacting them for support and no one gets back to me. 

I belived in this product and then their staff and support teams let me down. I regret funding a product that has a shady company behind it. 

 

I'm not one to submit these reports but I don't want to be screwed out of all my money.

After finally getting through to support I spoke with David DeVillez and he said this:

"Before I go any further I will apologize for the lack of support you have received from the team at Sparkart. There is no excuse for what they are doing and I am very sorry you and customers like you are stuck in the Sparkart Service vortex that is sucking the life out of Om Audio and its customers. When we teamed with Sparkart we thought we were working with a real partner. We have since learned that Sparkart is not who they pretend to be. But that is enough about Sparkart, please let me try to fix the problem."

 

He had this to say about the refund process: 

"I will be very open and honest with you. I am able to provide you with tech support and replacement parts as necessary. I cannot process a refund for you. Refunds must be processed through the outlet used to purchase the product. Om Audio does not have records of individual sales to end users. Those records are with the outlet you purchased the product from and refunds must be processed through them. If you want to give me a chance to see if I can help you, I will do my best to see that you get satisfaction."

 

Basically he was no help and I believe what he told me is a lie or a way to not give anyone their money (which is ilegal)...I told him all the vendor info is on TILT so he should have everything.

 

He then responded to my email with only this: 

"Please contact the team at Sparkart to process your refund."

 

So now im back to square-one with the idiot support team. Hopefully others will see this and we can all help eachother get this situation resolved. After doing some review research I found that im not the only who was sold a broken product. Maybe they went under and can't give back refunds.....

 

Who knows....but it was a cool idea but poorly built.
