On Time Digital Misleading price and delivery on Camera Items. Internet

My wife ordered a Nikon P80 camera last week and received email to call and comfirm order. She did so and was asked to buy a longlife battery, charger, and/or and extended warranty. She refused the offer and was told that the order was confirmed and would be shipped in a day or two.

This same email to call and confirm the order was sent to her 4 times in 3 more days. We called and got the same sales pitch for batteries and warranties. On the 4th day, she was told that it would be 6 to 8 weeks before the camera would ship. At that time we canceled the order (I hope).

This same thing happened with a company called 86th Street Photo and Video about 3 days earlier.
