 One Step Realty is the biggest Property Managment scam I've ever seen.  I cannot even begin to list and describe the numerous violations this company has blatantly committed.  If you read the numerous complaints on line with the State of Michigan and the Better Business Bureau, not to mention this site and many more, this should sum up what I am saying as the truth about this company and it's owners/employees.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Why the State still allows them to conduct business is beyond me.  But once we get through with them, hopefully, the State will take notice and revoke their business license.  At least that is my goal.  To put them out of business so that no one else has to fall pray to their scams, lack of professionalism, lies, extortion, stealing, lying, cheating ways! 

They have put tenants into properties that have destroyed the properties and One Step did nothing to help recover those costs as they claim they will.  You can requst no pets, but that request gets totally ignored when they put numerous large animals into your home.  They say they will do the repairs and they don't!  But you pay for them anyway!  They say they use licensed people to do the work.  They DO NOT! 

They say they will send you the rent they collect.  They DO NOT!  They say they will evict non-paying tenants.  They DO NOT!  They say they investigate and get good tenants for you.  They DO NOT!  Whatever they tell you they are going to do.  They DO NOT DO IT! 

They took the money and ran.  Put a low life piece of crap for a tenant into the property and you cannot reach them every again!  They do not answer emails or return calls.  I am a profession with rental properties and yet I was able to be ripped off by these PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!  Learn from my mistake.  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! 

Lets see how long before someone tries to state this isn't true.  There are numerous Complaints for Breach of Contract filed in various courts throughout Michigan against this company.  So take my best advise!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
