Prove your worth!!!

This company operates with many of the voucher companies and although they may choose to supply some people with products there is a growing number of people complaining about this company. They will take your money and then never send the product. Then they will become unreachable through e-mail or by their phone line which I have never managed to speak to anyone on.

My name is Jacquelynn and I purchased two Ipod Nanos on VoucherCloud for 13.00 each. I paid for the vouchers and then accessed onevolutions site to collect them. I had trouble with the vouchers which I believe is a regular issue as it has a special help section for this problem on their website. They were quick to respond for a solution. I then paid for postage through PayPal. All of this was done on the 21st of March. I waited until the 7th of April before contacting the company via e-mail. They stated the goods were dispatched.

I waited until the 16th of April to find out where the items were. They e-mailed back and said they would get with their dispatch team. Then an e-mail stating they were dispatched and allow 48-72 hours for delivery. On the 22nd of April still no items however now the company was no longer responding to my e-mails or calls. I e-mailed Voucher Cloud to help resolve the problem who in turn also e-mailed onevolution. Still no contact. I have three more days before Voucher Cloud will continue its investigation but the damage has been done. 

In the above statement from Onevolution they state they are a reputable international seller and I find it hard to believe that a good reputable company would have so many issues with rude customer service, failure to deliver items and not being contactable. You state the previous report against you was slanderous, well my order number is 3549 and 3550. The order is under my name Jacquelynn French and was placed on the 21st of March 2013. I challenge you to state that my remarks are slanderous as I have documented proof of all e-mail trails, receipts and itemised phone call records showing my attempts to resolve this issue with your company.

Dec 7, 2012 stay away from this scam!I purchased several office furniture from this seller. It was more than half a year ago. I never received it and when I tried to contact them I always received rude and disrespectful service from their employees and never answers on my questions. Beware and avoid any business with them!

Dec 11, 2012 Did not help locate the purchase Beware of this company! I have not been able to speak with anyone for a long time, no one ever picked up the phone. Then one day they did, and after I told them I would file a case, they will try to locate my purchase, since it was lost! One more month later still no news from them!

25Mar 19, 2013 m this is a scam.I order the items and they didn't send them for few month.After 100 times calling they send me 1 faulty item from 2 what i ordered.I ask them for my money back.The company just didn't answer the phone and messages,and never pay me back.Never trust them.The owners of the onevoliution company should be in prison.

So Onevolution if my experience is a simple oversight then prove it. Prove to me and everyone who may buy your products in future that you are in fact the 'reputable' company you claim to be. Send me my items and once I have those two Ipod Nanos I ordered over a month ago now for my son's birthday on the 30th of April I will repost on here that you did in fact honour your commitment to me as a customer and that sometimes accidents happen. Whoever you are that responded to the last complaint take a good look at what is being said about your business and take a stance to change it. If nothing is received from you than the statements must be true and everyone will have proof by your own actions or lack thereof. 

You know my name, my case and now you have no excuses. I lay the gauntlet down...
