onlinetechguys Smart Support Guys Electr Said Microsoft asked them to contact me that my computer was in jeopardy of crashing. Dubai United Emirates

 I received a phone call from this company saying that Microsoft had contacted them with my info and that my computer was in jeopardy of crashing.  Said that they were Microsoft certified and that they were located in New York City.  They directed me to look in the errors section of my computer and said that I was in the danger zone.  When I questioned them about how they got my phone number and knew my street address, they said that they had received that info from Microsoft as part of my participating in the problem sharing program with Microsoft.  They also directed me to their website to show that they were legitimate.

I was having some bumps with my computer operating smoothly and decided to give them a shot - as they were Microsoft certified and said that they had a comprehensive refund policy.  They remoted in and installed Malware and ran cleanups 3 days and my computer was more unstable than before.  When I told them that they tried and weren't successful and that I wanted my money back they argued with me for about 1 hour, offered me a 1/2 refund with continuing support,  then finally said that it had to go to a higher supervisior.  I never received a phone call from the supervisor.

I am now contesting it through my bank and VISA, which is not easy.  I had to use a computer tech friend to go over my computer and reclean it up.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DUBAI ADDRESS AND NOT HONEST OR HONORABLE.
