onlingo thought i had them cancelled never got their product now short on my rent with 3 babies and nowhere to go Internet

ordered it to learn spanish with my 3yr old, never received their product. They charged me once, i then cancelled and decided to let it go , now a second charge has occurred, this time  the second charge causing me to be short on rent. now i am not letting it go they have endangered my family well being we might get evicted with nowhere to go. with no help for rent or a place to stay
