Onlingo Claimed has no record of calls to customer service to stop shipments, shipped product back as instructed only to be told that I was not given enough RMA numbers. Old Hickory, Tennessee

I ordered a free trial of the Onlingo Spanish language learning program. I had good faith that it was a company that provided a
product that might help me learn a bit of Spanish without costing me a ton of money! 

I got the program and was not really excited about it.  I did not feel it was worth the $80 I spent but I figured I would just cancel the account and call the $80 a loss. But that is not what happened at all.

I kept getting these $80 charges and product mailed to me even after calling to stop the shipments. I had been told that it had all been cancelled and this would not happen. I being busy gave it to my wife to handle as now I wanted my money back and that was going to involve returning this junk.

My wife talked to the company and was not having a good experience with them. They finally agreed to take the return of the now four $80 packages.

They provided what they termed as a RMA number and instructed us to put the number on the items and package. This we did and tracked the shipping as we sent it to the address provided.

I got and email saying my return was being processed only to find that only $80 was credited to my account.

I called and talked to the person who says he is the person in charge named Hugo. He stated that they have no record of my call to stop the shipments and that I should have had an RMA # for each item. I did what I was told to do. I have no way of knowing that his people were to give us four RMA numbers instead of the one they gave us, I explained.

We received no calls to tell us of any issues. Hugo said the best he could do was to ship me the other three programs again (knowing I did not want them). He said that now it was all outside the return policy window and that was the best he could do.

So I told Hugo that I would tell people about this and I am true to my word! I will never do business with this company and will tell anyone I hear say the word Onlingo about how this company treated me and is now forcing me to own product they know that I have no desire to own and returned to them expecting my money back.

Hugo knows that if it was his order that he returned he would expect the company to stand behind the 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed

Policy they claim to have.  

I do not feel 100% Satisfaction!!
