Option One Mortgage ripoff deceptive company Irvine California

This company has been a nightmare to deal with with poor record keeping from the start. At last,being able to refinance and get away from them, Istarted this process three months ago. Due to Option Ones slow response time,and then there inaccurate information that we had to prove was wrong it took this long to close.

Now,they have added on 3,100 dollar buyout fee to a buyout cost that was already more than the original mortgage was for and was not included in the initial buyout sheet we had to pay thirty dollars for and used to figure out the new loan!

Of course,we had to cancel the closing at the last minute! What kind of crap is this? Shouldn't i't have been on the buy out sheet?
