Orbitz has a scam policy for price assurance and they intentionally do not explain it up front so you buy into the mistaken notion that they match a lower price. Their customer service is a waste of time and a scam. All they do is repeat the same scam practices of their policies. Let your family and friends know so they stop using Orbitz. They are scamming people and getting away with it. Let's stop them from doing bad business.
