Orkin Pest Control Fraud and absurd customer service Vancouver Washington

Orkin is by far one of the worst companies I have associated with as a customer. I have spent my entire life working with customers and never in my mind lost my cool or patience with customers. I have been with Orkin for years, paid all my bills except the last one.

I had an agreement that before the technician comes out I would like to be notified ahead of time since my work/travel schedule depends and changes weekly. My service was supposed to take place every 3 months and a total amount is $113.

That amount included a full service, front and back yard, garage, and crawl space. One month ago the technician showed up at my residence I was not home, completed the service partially and left me a full bill. Once I found out about it I called Orkin and was advised that a Manager needs to speak to me and will call me back.

Never happened for several weeks and finally was able to get in touch with a local manager in Vancouver, WA by the name of Mike. He completely lost control, insulted me as a customer, and refused to send the technician back to my location claiming it was my fault and their logs show accurate times and dates. He also used terms such as " you have to be a customer before you receive customer service, wow really who did i pay all this time? If I am not a customer why I am I being billed. 

He also continued to make statements in the nature of " You will pay the bill" and " I do not have to explain circumstances to you". Clearly not only does he not understand the concept of customer service, he also has no idea what laws we have against fraud. This branch is completely absurd and shows zero resolution skills. BE CAREFULL WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY, FRAUD ACROSS THE BOARD.
