OSI Collection Services, Fraudulent Debt Collector Can't Hide No More Brookfield Wisconsin

Today Mar 06 2008 I received a letter in the mail that I owe a debt for 226.32 to ARMY & AIR FORCE EXCHANGE I was puzzled because I dont own the exchange anything I am current in the US Navy I have been trained quite well in information technology so I can retrieve if motivated name address ect if warranted. So I decided that I will not be a victim of a mail crime and I sent OSI COLLECTION SERVICES, INC the following letter but first let me revile some name of the people who are ripping off people thur fraudulent debt collection. This will serve as your legal notice under provisions of federal law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), to cease all communication with me in regard to fraudulent debt referenced above. The debt that you are stating I own to ARMY & AIR FORCE EXCHANGE is a fraudulent debt. If you fail to heed this notice, I will file a formal complaint against you with the U.S. Air Force and Navy Base Legal Departments, Federal Trade Commission who is responsible for enforcement, the States Attorney General office and/or the American Collectors Association or local State Bar Association.
You are also notified that should any adverse information be placed against my credit report as a result of this notice that appropriate actions will be taken. Give this very important matter the attention it deserves. It your last warning there will be no other.
