Outrank contacted my company and promised that they could have us at the top of all search engines within two weeks, for a small monthly fee ($125) and we could cancel at any time if we were not satisfied.

Three weeks later, we still were not ranking on the first page of searches so we called the company and told them that we would give them one week to do as they promised or we would cancel our account. After the fourth week, we told them to cancel.

I failed to report this to our accountant so I did not see a credit card statement for some time. Three months after we received new credit cards for our account, I receive a call from an Outrank rep yelling at me that we owe them money because our card was continually declined. I told him at that point that I had no idea what he was talking about due to the fact that it had been canceled several months prior.

Five months later, I pull up my bank information and realize that Outrank has been taking payments out of my personal checking account. I call the company and speak to Lucas who proceeds to tell me that I never called and gave them the cancellation number they sent to cancel my account. I tell him that I have never been told of such and that they had no business touching my personal checking account as this was under the business. He puts me on hold for 45 minutes. At this time, Dusty picks up the line and tells me that I did not open the account with them, my husband did. I explained that we are co-owners of both the business and all checking accounts and I have every right to cancel a service that we do not need or use. I also explained to them that since March, they have been taking money out of an account they were expressly told they DID NOT have permission to touch.

Dusty informs me that we have never requested to cancel our account and that they would not be taking money without our permission. I explained that my husband and I share an office and we have both spoke with them numerous times telling them to cancel. He then flat out told me I am a liar! I have tried repeatedly to speak with upper management but am continually put on hold until someone picks up and hangs up on me.

After speaking with my attorney, the only recourse I have is to cancel all accounts at my bank and open new ones. I would be the first in line for a class-action suit against this company as the only way for any of us to recoup our losses would be. I am in the process of speaking with our Attorney General as they (Outrank) have an office located in my state and seeing what he can do for me, hopefully this will give them as much frustration as they have given me!
