Outskirts Press I self published my book, and did many revisions asked to take off sales and still it is on Amazon. Colorado

I was publishing as B.L. McKenny and I published two books. One book titled, "Phenomenal Fantasies Horror Tales," and did many reivisons thinking that I published incorrectly and my book wasn't good enough for sales. The book was sold at first for $17.95 for three years and I didn't get any royalties back from any sales, so I then lowered my price to see if I could make more sales and get what I could back. However, I still didn't recieve any roylaties. They had promissed me 100% royalties of all copies sold. I called them wondering if I was going to make any money and they said I wasn't selling any copies. I then made several revions at at the end of the process I had paid $1,900 for the basic publishing package including my revisions. 

I went on to publish "All the Little Things," by B.L. McKenny, and I told them that I wanted to republish my copy of "Phenomenal Fantasies Horror Tales," telling them that I would republish at the basic package again later. However, I was going to wait to see if I got any royalties back from "All the Little Things," but on Februrary, 17th of 2019 had arrived and they didnn't send me a royalty check in the mail. I then came to finding out that they are a scam and I am now making a report. 

I have spent altogether, $2,800 dollars, and I asked to take "Phenomenal Fantasies Horror tales," off the market and asked for a refund but they didn't respond. I never got my author copies either from "All the LIttle Things," which they had promised me seven. They were becoming more and more suspicious to me and I started to do my research and I am finding out that they had scammed me and ripped me off.
