The bad taste of bull marketing still lingers hours after spending an evening at Pacific Monarch Resorts Inc. in Newport Beach, CA.

A poor rendition of a Lyonistic marketing design promising ownership, or co-ownership of their said-to-be privately held [public] corporation * DING* Then was followed by a heavily pathos driven sideshow set to It's a wonderful world, and concluding with a picture of 1 couple, each being kissed by a dolphin.

Let it be known, I witnessed the associates of Pacific Monarch Resorts Inc. misrepresent themselves by stating specifically:
We're selling Rate Estate,
My Real Estate license is pending, I just have to take the test,
My boss is a Real Estate Broker

The questions I asked were avoided or ignored and when I advised seeking legal counsel, was told to please leave then informed this clearly isn't for you. It took them 3 hours to arrive at that conclusion. This company has GOT to be AUDITED!!

What exactly does the investor own after paying $13,000 + interest termed out over 6 or 9 years? Points? Empty Promises? No better than that: shares was the answer to my inquiry. I may only have an undergraduate degree in Business and Leadership and even though my emphasis was Corporate Law, I don't know everything.

With that said, how can selling company stock in the State of California with the guise of buying real estate from a bogus real estate broker. In fact, there are just two (2) licensed BROKERS at 4590 MacArthur Blvd in Newport Beach, as is stated in public record.* DING DING*

Neither of which are affiliated with Pacific Monarch Resorts.

Come on! I thought we had laws to protect consumers from sharks and wolves dressed in wool suits. Even though it is our responsibility to police and protect our better interests, we don't live in a predatory society made up of illegal marketing traps. Or do we?

To review, there were approximately 15 couples at the presentation. I would say at least 10 bought the bull. Considering that each investing party agrees to pay $13,000.00 that's equal to over $130,000.00 in sales alone. If they secure at least 20 contracts each week, that's upwards of $13.5 BILLION dollars of annual sales. CHA CHING! I smell scam.
