Paintzoom UNSCRUPULOUS, DECEPTIVE RIP-OFF Ranchro Cucomonga, California

These people are rip-off artists. I ordered 1 of the cheaper ones.at $99.00. They ended up sending me 2 of the deluxe units when at $129.00 each plus 39.90 ($19.95 each) for S&H instead of the $99.00 one that is shown on TV with 3 payments of $33.00 payments.

I called and got no satisfaction. If I return them I will not be refunded the S&H plus I would have to pay to have them shipped back.  The money was taken out of my bank account immediately but they said it would take 4-6 weeks for a refund. It also pi$$ed me off that the call center is in India and I got a guy who could barely speak English, and had trouble understanding what I was asking.

So here I am stuck with 2 expensive painters that cost me $299.00. I could have bought a good one at Lowe's instead of plastic models. So now I'm hoping to sell one of them on local Craigslist. I am soooo Pi$$ed.

Don't deal with these people and their underhanded ways. I'm going to report them to the BBB and the State Attorney General and file complaints. Bad, bad business practices.
