I ordered a Paint Zoom paint sprayer after watching the TV infomercial on thier website.
The advertisement clearly says: Buy PaintZoom today and get 3 extra paint containers for "ABSOLUTLEY FREE"
The product only came with one.
It also suggest add ons as you purchase the product on the website of three extra paint containers with two drop cloths and painters tape for only shipping and processing of $4.95
It is only for the two drop cloths and painters tape
So I called customer service and asked where my extra paint containers were and they said. I am sorry sir you did not order them, I said yes I did and he said no I am sorry it is an extra 9.95 for the three paint containers.
The Ad clearly says ABSOLUTLEY FREE
I feel I was decieved.
The customer service rep did offer to give me a 9.95 refund that would cover the three extra storage containers so I accepted.
The TV ad is Deceptive and needs to be changed.
As far as the paint needing to be thinner, you can request the paint for a paint sprayer when you buy the paint at Lowes and Home Depot, thats not a big deal
